Russia and Bolivia signed an intergovernmental agreement on mutual recognition of education, qualifications and degrees

The signing ceremony of the Russian-Bolivian Intergovernmental Agreement on Mutual Recognition of Education, Qualifications and Degrees took place at St. Petersburg State University in the presence of the President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia Luis Arce.

According to Konstantin Mogilevsky, more than 240 Bolivian citizens are currently studying in Russian universities. However, Russia is ready to accept more students. The agreement will provide additional support for Bolivian applicants when they enrol in Russian universities.
