Deputy Head of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia Konstantin Mogilevsky paid a working visit to Vietnam

Deputy Minister held talks with the Deputy Minister of Education and Training of Vietnam Van Phuc Nguyen, Deputy Minister of Science and Technology Le Xuan Dinh and Vice President of the Vietnamese Academy of Science and Technology Trung Hoang Ha.

Konstantin Mogilevsky noted that Russian education remains as accessible as possible to Vietnamese citizens.
 
"Today, more than 3 thousand citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam study at Russian universities. We allocate to Vietnam one of the largest quotas for foreign citizens to study - 1,000 places per year," he said.
