He has built a strong scientific bridge between Uzbek scientists and the international scientific community in addressing pressing issues in the education and upbringing of the younger generation. On the one hand, it contributes to the active introduction of advanced foreign experience into the national education system, and on the other hand, it promotes the achievements of Uzbek pedagogical science to the global academic community.
As noted by Tatyana Baklashova, professor of the Department of Higher Education Pedagogy at the Institute of Psychology and Education, cooperation with Samarkand State University has been ongoing for several years.
"The agenda of the Institute of Psychology and Education includes the implementation of inter-country research projects. Every year, we hold an international forum on pedagogical education, which is attended by a significant number of foreign scientists from universities in Central Asia. Representatives of Samarkand University also attended our forum (IFTE). They were impressed by its scale and speakers, after which it was decided to hold a joint International Conference on Teacher Education in 2025," emphasized Tatyana Baklashova.
The professor of the Department of Higher Education Pedagogy reported that the conference resulted in the publication of an international collection presenting the results of joint psychological and pedagogical research. Such works have a significant impact on the academic reputation of scientists and, consequently, universities.
The main topics of the collection are: the well-being of those involved in the educational process, problems in raising the younger generation, issues of motivation for both students and practicing teachers, as well as working with young students. In addition, the collection covers the issues of volunteering, the use of AI in education, and presents the educational experience of foreign countries.
“The collection was created with the aim of disseminating research results in the field of education and exchanging experience between scientists and practicing teachers representing different countries around the world. It symbolizes scientific cooperation and is the result of the long-term work of international research teams,” summarized Tatyana Baklashova.
