Over the weekend, the SFedU campus turned into a real center of attraction for cultures from all over the world. Our International Dance Festival brought together hundreds of students, becoming a place where boundaries are blurred, and friendship knows no language barriers.
The main decoration of the day was a large-scale cultural exhibition. All guests were able to make a real trip around the world without leaving the campus. Students from different countries proudly presented the traditions of their peoples, shared stories and, of course, treated them to national cuisine — impossible to forget! The final mini-disco gathered everyone in one big international circle — a sea of smiles, dancing and the very international friendship for which we all gathered!
During the year, students from more than 50 countries studied Russian and basic subjects related to their future fields, preparing to continue their education in Russian universities at bachelor’s, master’s and PhD levels.

A year ago, twenty-five students passed a rigorous selection process to participate in a one-year internship at Central South University in Changsha, China, as part of a joint project between SFU and the company “Polyus.”
