The lecturer was María Luisa Ramos Ursagaste — former Ambassador of Bolivia, invited expert of the additional general education program “Future Diplomat” at the Diplomatic Academy of MGIMO University of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting was attended by students of IATE NRU MEPhI: both from the Department of Nuclear Physics and Technology and from other departments of the university.
The lecture continued with a lively dialogue: the students were able to ask questions and discuss topics that interested them. The meeting highlighted the important role of young professionals in developing international scientific ties and the significance of professional interaction between countries.
At the end of the lecture, María Luisa Ramos Ursagaste met Jennifer Casandra Álvarez Galarza, a student from Bolivia who is in her first year at the Department of Nuclear Physics and Technology.

Marwan from Yemen conducts research in artificial intelligence and multi-agent systems, Charles from Nigeria studies in the International Business program and notes the importance of the Olympiad for those who cannot afford tuition, while Naif was admitted to the Intelligent Systems master's program with full funding.

Turkmenistan holds a special place in the international activities of the University of Tyumen, as it is the country from which the university attracts the largest number of prospective students. Currently, 1,018 Turkmen citizens are enrolled at the University of Tyumen, many of whom have achieved excellent results in their academic studies and research.
