30,000 participants have registered for the Open Doors Olympiad 2019

With a little over three weeks to go before Open Doors first stage ends, the number of participants hits 30,000, adding another 10,000 applicants in less than weeks. They represent 179 different countries.

Most popular subject areas this year are Business and Management (5536 participants) together with Engineering and Technology (5347 participants), followed by Computer and Data Science (4180 participants), Political Science (3502 participants), Biology (2554 participants), Economics (2233 participants), Linguistics and Modern Languages (1759 participants), Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence (1737 participants), Psychology (1510 participants), Chemistry (1026 participants) and Physics (901 participants).

The first stage will end on December 18th. This means there are only 22 days left to register and complete the portfolio. So it might be a good idea to find the time to do it sooner rather than later. All portfolios will be examined equally, so everyone has a chance. Apply now if you haven’t done it yet!
