Registration for Open Doors 2022-2023 opens September 15

This year the Olympiad launches for the sixth time. Registration (being able to create a personal account on the Olympiad’s website and thus become a participant) will open on September 15. The Olympiad’s schedule will be the same as last year. Stage 1 (filling in and evaluation of the portfolios) will end on December 10. Stage 2 (online exams in the subject areas chosen by the participant) will be held from January 10 to January 19, 2023.

Just like last year, there are 14 subject areas and two tracks (master’s and doctoral) available in all of them. Master’s track winners will be announced on February 10, 2023. Doctoral track participants also must pass a third stage (online interviews with potential scientific supervisors chosen from a list available on the website) that will take place from February 11 to March 9, 2023. Doctoral track winners will be announced on March 14, 2023.

Also like last year, before filling in their portfolios, all participants must pass preliminary testing. Unlike last year, though, this test will contain more questions. Detail on this and other changes will be published in due time.

The most up to date info about the Olympiad can be found on the official website and in the VK group.
