TSU has a well-developed social infrastructure: there are modern dormitories, a swimming pool, a stadium, a sports building, and summer recreation centers.

TSU has seven dormitories, which accommodate more than 6,000 students. First-year international students are given priority access to dormitories.
In the 2025/26 academic year, the cost of living in a dormitory is about $20, depending on the type of dormitory and the number of people in the room.
All dormitories operate a pass system.
Order in the dormitory is ensured by the dormitory administration, the student detachment security and the student government.
All dormitories are equipped with kitchens with electric stoves, toilets, washrooms, and showers.
Every year, cosmetic repairs of the rooms are carried out, furniture, bedding, etc. are updated.
If desired, a student can rent housing off campus. The average cost is $300-380 per month. International Student Services Center can help in finding housing.
