The “Obninsk Tech Open Lecture Series” has started.
A Mexican scientist specializing in theoretical physics, quantum mechanics, and biophysics of light spoke about her unique scientific experience and the importance of scientific diplomacy in international relations. Ana María Chetto Kramis held the position of Deputy Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) from 2003 to 2010. Today, Professor Chetto is the founder of the LATINDEX bibliographic information system, the chairman of the Mexican Physical Society (SMF), and the head of the UNESCO Chair in Diplomacy and Scientific Heritage.
