Elsevier, one of the world's largest academic publishers, has released its annual international ranking of the world's most cited researchers. It included nine researchers from Tomsk Polytechnic University.
"Expert" Rating: TPU Among Russian Top 10 Engineering Universities
The analytical agency "Expert" published the results of the second ranking of the best engineering universities in Russia. Universities were evaluated in three areas: publication activity, willingness to generate innovations, and ability to create technological entrepreneurs. Tomsk Polytechnic University entered the top ten of the list.
