The selection of a potential supervisor and an interview with him or her are parts of the third stage of the Olympiad for participants of the doctoral track. You can select UP TO THREE potential research supervisors, whose fields of research match your research interests, through your Olympiad account no later than three days before the beginning of the interview.

This was stated by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Dmitry Chernyshenko, talking about the Open Doors Olympiad for foreigners.

Tomsk Polytechnic University students will take part in a soft skills development project in the format of a training camp. During intensive training in a business game format, they will learn how to work in a team, make non-standard decisions and gain experience in complex management issues. The project is implemented as part of the educational policy of the Priority 2030 development programme.

The Open Doors International Olympiad is starting for the sixth time! Depending on the chosen direction, the winners of the Olympiad will be able to enroll for free in the master's or postgraduate programs of their chosen University. Participants of the doctoral track will be able to choose a future research supervisor and pass an interview with them during the Olympiad.

The Olympiad’s schedule will be the same as last year

The corresponding law was signed on July 14 by Vladimir Putin.

Competitive selection of the host universities for the studios started on July 22 as a part of the “University technological entrepreneurship platform” federal project.

The project launched by the Russian Ministry of Science and Higher Education is hosted by 14 universities in 12 regions.

Universities selected for participation in the project will be preparing practical specialists and creating new technological solutions for various industries.

Valery Falkov, the Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia, elaborates that foreigners will still be able to come and study in Russia without worrying that Russian diplomas are not accepted in their home countries.

The meeting was held on April 28 and was dedicated to Open Doors’ 5th anniversary.

The conference devoted to the Open Doors Olympiad 5th anniversary will be held online.
